1. What the service is
CryptoBolt shows live cryptocurrency market data, charts, an AI-generated market commentary feature, a portfolio tracker, and a simulated ("paper") trading environment. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on CryptoBolt — including AI-generated insights, indicators, or paper trading results — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. No custody, no real trades
CryptoBolt does not hold, custody, transfer, or have access to your cryptocurrency or fiat funds. The paper trading feature uses simulated balances only and has no connection to real money or real exchange accounts. Real crypto purchases, when initiated through the site, are processed entirely by Binance, an independent third-party exchange governed by its own terms.
4. Third-party data & services
Market data is sourced from Binance and CoinGecko public APIs. AI commentary is generated via Groq using a user-supplied API key. Account sync uses Supabase. We don't control and aren't responsible for the accuracy, uptime, or policies of these third-party services.
5. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Don't share your Groq API key or account credentials with others.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or use CryptoBolt to violate any law. We may restrict access for abuse.
7. No warranty, limitation of liability
CryptoBolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the site, reliance on displayed data or AI commentary, or third-party service outages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
